This 13,500 SF, five-floor, tenant improvement consists of reconfigurable offices, flexible meeting areas, and lounge space. Due to the building's proximity to I-5, along with the company's mission to provide faster access for consumers, the theme of the project is "speed." The concept of "speed" was a driving factor in the planning, and is reinforced through lighting and environmental graphics.
